Our Client is a leading Digital Security company that assists businesses and government to authenticate identities and protect data by delivering software and security technologies.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing a team of Cyber Security experts to support the business and clients while individually contributing to his own set of objectives to achieve targets and ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage a team of Cyber Security experts
•    Hands-on execution on Cyber Security projects as well
•    Provide presales support for opportunities in assigned area
•    Engage directly with Sales and Sales Leadership to provide support for pre-sales activities across all Cyber Security solutions;
•    Ensure that the team is enabled to support all required products and solutions
•    Develop a close working relationship with Professional Services and Technical Support to ensure tight alignment between pre and post sales activities;
•    Manage performance and key talent closely to retain top talent and manage performance at all levels;
•    Provide constant and clear communication to management regarding important issues along with metrics/reporting on team performance.

Requirements:
•    Degree in IT or equivalent
•    At least 8+ years in a sales engineering or customer facing delivery management capacity
•    Proficiency in at least one of the following IT security areas shall be preferred

o    Authentication – PKI, OTP, Transaction Signing, Single-Sign-On, Token Management Solution, SAML,
o    Crypto Management – Cryptographic Interface – JCA/JCE, PKCS11, CAPI/CNG, Openssl and hardware key management
o    Encryption – Data-at-Rest, Data-in-transit protection technology
•    Ability to work in a diverse team
•    Previous management experience will be advantageous
