A new role with a dynamic growing leader in the property industry. Being the Legal & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating all agreements to minimize risk. You will manage matters relating to legal and compliance areas and provide advice to M&A transactions and support of all business needs.
Ideal candidates should possess a Degree / Master in Law with 3 to 5 years PQE in corporate M&A. Candidate with strong presentation and communication skill is highly desired. Candidate with ability to work independently, meticulous and proactive work attitude is essential. Be familiar with SGX listing rules will be an advantage.
