業務内容:
Responsible for administration of company’s enterprise-wide learning management system (LMS) including management of training courses throughout life cycle, reporting and end-user support. This is also to provide Japanese language support/Japanese language content translation:
-Administers the company’s learning management system, so that training is assigned, delivered and documented in accordance with GxP guidelines to meet or exceed expectations of clients, regulators, investigators and employees
-Manages and resolves system service requests and helpdesk tickets of varying levels of complexity, to configure, assign and report on all types of learning content
-Acts as liaison between the department and internal customers for learning management system support
-Manages project assignments to required timelines and quality standards.
-Upholds department values and expected behaviors
