Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the insurance industry. They are seeking a leading role for their Telemarketing channel. The successful candidate can look forward to leading a team of 100 telemarketers and provide strategic guidance to the channel
Reporting to the Head, you will be tasked to constant engagement with partners and drive the telemarketing team leaders and trainers to achieve sales on a consistent basis. Ensure complaint and quality sales are concluded with strict adherence to regulations. Review processes regularly for effective re-engineering to improve the productivity
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in any field with 9 years of professional experience in related field. You must have strong work ethics and ability to work under pressure. Candidates with ability to work in a fast paced environment and experience in Call Centre and telemarketing management is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill. Knowledge in telemarketing systems and workflow will have added advantage
