Senior Marketing Manager, (SEA & India)
About our client:
Our client is one of the largest online travel companies in the world, as a part of their expansion plans they are now looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to be based in their Singapore office and cover the South East Asia and India region.
About the role:
The ideal candidate with 8years or more experience in B2C marketing (both online & offline), preferably with a MBA Degree in Business or Marketing will be reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing. This role will be based in Singapore and cover a range of growth markets including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and India. The successful candidate will be responsible for 2 key areas, firstly growing sales and profit of select markets via channel owner collaboration, secondly for building brand awareness / preference via integrated marketing campaigns. The company’s bookings take place across a range of channels (SEM, SEO, Mobile App, Email, Affiliate, etc.) that are led by regional owners. This role will work closely with these stakeholders to remove barriers, prioritize resources and drive growth. For branding, the company runs large-scale TV and digital campaigns working with leading advertising agencies to engage target audiences. This role will drive strategy and execution while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to align campaign activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop campaign strategies and contribute to annual / quarterly marketing plans
Plan, manage and optimize integrated brand and retail marketing programs across multiple channels, with direct management of brand channels including TV, outdoor, press, and digital video.
Bring expertise in marketing management across “5 P’s” – determining line of business mix, offers and coupons, media strategy, messaging and cross-channel alignment
Coordinate campaign projects end-to-end with internal stakeholders, such as merchandising, CRM, PR, and Social Media
Work closely with merchandising and hotel account management teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with demand and supply
Own the Southeast Asia and India P&L, including top-line and bottom-line targets
Adopt a strong ROI focused approach on all marketing decisions to strengthen learnings, effectiveness and efficiency
Represent the needs of responsible markets and collaborate with product team for potential local product enhancement and A/B testing opportunities
Manage budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and accruals accurately and on a timely basis
Cross-platform integrated marketing campaign planning and execution
