Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Specialty Chemicalindustry. They are seeking a Commercial Excellent Snr Manager (APAC) to accelerate their growth with Asia Pacific. Reporting directly to the BU Head of APAC, you are responsible for the alignment of business unit in APAC in regards to strategy and Targets, set yearly roadmap and targets, Lead various commercial projects, Develop commercial capabilities in organization, Monitor commercial projects implementation, provides regular updates to regional managements and other stakeholders Update benefits in system monthly and ensure all regional projects on track, Performs coaching for Green Belt/ Yellow Belt and their projects to ensure successful project completion
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in any field with 8 – 10 years of professional Sales & marketing experience in related field. You should a proven track record of success in commercial excellent. You must have strong work ethics, motivation and leadership skills. Candidates with ability to work in a fast paced environment and experience in Sales & Marketing field (Specialty chemical) is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill. You should be proactive, ambitious and passionate about sales and comfortable in making cold calls.
