Job Description
As the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be the de facto leader of the Singapore business. You will hold overall responsibility for the business, ensuring the business stays on track to achieving profitability and growth targets. Working closely with HQ, you will develop corporate strategy that supports business objectives, with a focus on transformation, change management and business excellence. You will develop a robust growth model for the business, seeking creative, game changing solutions and ideas. Business expansion remains high on the agenda; working with your team, you will develop a sustainable expansion pipeline that is in line with local market trends and economic climate.
Serving as the leader of the Singapore business, you will inspire, mentor and lead by example. You will coach the team to develop them to their best potential and organize the team to achieve top performance.
The Successful Applicant
You are a strategic leader with at least 15 years of corporate experience in an international organization. To be considered, you must possess commercial or sales & marketing expertise, on top of your strategy and corporate planning capabilities. Experience from the FMCG, retail and automotive sectors will be highly advantageous. You have a proven track record in driving change and leading business excellence.
Strong understanding and knowledge of the Singapore market will be critical for this role. The ideal candidate is Singapore based, with established work experience in Singapore.
