About our client:
A multinational personal care company, whose products include cosmetics, skin care and hair care products. Having over 20 cosmetic counters at Shopping Malls and Department Stores in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Beauty Advisors to ensure that the highest of customer service standards is maintained at the point of sale
- Support Beauty Advisors to achieve sales target, contest and campaign, etc
- Provide on-going Education on selling skills/product knowledge and reinforcement of Key Performance Indicators
- Encourage and motivate Beauty Advisors in all matters pertaining to their roles and activities in-store
- Assist in supervision set up of promotional sites and new counters as well as dismantling
- Liaise with departmental store manager, supervisor and buyer to propose and sell in of newly launched products
- Plan and involve in promotions, events and other sales activities
- Maintain an awareness of the performance of the Brand
- Planning of monthly roster
- Design and execute in-store mechanics during monthly/anniversary events
- Handle and arrange counter maintenance works
- All other ad-hoc matters pertaining to departmental stores / assignments assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Business or Marketing field
- At least 2 years of experience in Beauty & Cosmetic industry or similar capacity preferred
- Proven track records of success in achieving sales target
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, frontlines and business partners
- Strong analytical mind in sales planning, competitive analysis, and inventory management
- Positive attitude and disciplined self-motivator
- Efficient, meticulous, initiative with multi-tasking abilities
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers. Good understanding of Departmental Store’s operation, promotions, etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
