Service Engineer

Our client is a leading international school in Singapore and currently they are seeking for a Service Engineer to lead and manage a team of direct as well as indirect M&E team within the Campus.

Reporting to the Campus Manager, you will be responsible for the facilities management of the campus in integrated engineering services which encompasses Mechanical & Electrical services, building fabric, project management and other assigned areas. You will also be responsible for implementing M&E preventive maintenance plan and ensuring smooth delivery of all hard FM services. Additionally, you should also conduct monthly Management Review with respective Service Partners, to establish standard of achievement and areas of improvement.
Ideally you should have at least 5 years’ of experience in a M&E Management role in Education industry or Multinational organization. You should also possess the ability to work independently, lead and guide a group of Facilities team and in-house vendor team, with people from multi-national and diverse backgrounds. Candidates who have Green Mark certificate qualification and/or trained in a recognized Health and Safety certification program with at least a Bizsafe Level 2, will have added advantage.
