Responsibilities:
Suitable person will be responsible to handle and sell tour passes, tickets and packages. Issue train passes, attractions tickets and other travel products. Provide information on travel visa & insurance Attend to customers’ travel enquires and request through calls, emails or walk-ins. Provide recommendation for destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests. Process air ticket refund and other accounting related matter
Qualification:
Should have good knowledge and understanding in MS Office
Communication skills in Japanese is preferred in order to translate work document
