Our Client is a Market Leader in petroleum additives for fuels and lubricants and currently they are seeking for a Manufacturing Planner to manage the Supply, Demand and Inventory requirements of the organization.
Reporting to the Planning Leader, the successful candidate will work closely with him/her for overall alignment of raw materials and component supply; customer order fulfilment and stewardship of inventory targets and KPIs. Additionally, he or she will also have to monitor supply, efficiency and effectiveness schedule of production facilities, achieve complaints-free customer orders, as well as to ensure balanced supply and inventory.
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in relevant discipline, with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain work areas. He or she should be comfortable in providing inputs for Supply & Demand and manufacturing operations as to aid in decision making. Additionally, he or she should be flexible and adaptable to changing and evolving environment, especially in supply-crisis situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is also preferred, as this position will work extensively with colleagues across the Global organization.
