Responsibilities
• Verify the status and operating procedures of the company through a systematic program of audits based on Japan HQ group’s standard (Japan HQ is listed company in Japan).
• Perform audit work, including plan preparation, work papers, findings, and associated reports for subsidiaries in ASEAN countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam)
• Perform consulting works as a part of internal audit job.
• Liaise with legal team and corporate strategy team to enhance SEA business.
• Other-ad hoc duties
Qualifications
• 3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, audit (Either external or internal) or other relevant works.
• Able to travel to ASEAN countries once a month (Around 2 weeks for 1 trip)
• Knowledge of full set of accountings (full set of experiences is not required).
• Working experience in Transportation/Logistic industry
• Proficient in Japanese in order to liaise to headquarters based in Japan
• Working experience as an internal auditor in regional headquarter of South East Asia.
• Proficient Excel skill (Pivot table, V-Lookup etc)
