Our client is one of the world’s leading conglomerates servicing into Oil & Gas, Marine, Shipping and some onshore plants with visual inspections without rope access and to produce technical reports on the condition of structural assets.
You must demonstrate strong inspection both offshore and onshore working closely with the pilot to navigate, instruct and work as a team player. Ability to edit imagery to assess, comment on the condition of onshore and offshore assets with strong report writing skills. To be successful in this role, you must have significant inspection knowledge equipped with CSWIP/PCN/API/ASME V article 9 inspection qualifications or equivalent and sound understanding of typical materials, coatings, damage mechanisms in accordance with API 571 and typical anomalies associated with Oil and Gas assets. This role expects an effective communicator with professional disposition to interact directly with client in Malaysia and liaise with internal team mates in UK.
Report the VP Asia, you will be part of the Global inspection team in UK and an Inspection Lead for Asia. You should be a fast learner on the company’s progressive product and solutions offered both technical and inspection analysis to review data and identify any gaps. You should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
