Our client is a well-established company in their industry and it is now looking for an experienced accounting professional to assume a Financial Accountant role to take care of the full set of accounts for designated entities.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful incumbent will assist the Financial Controller in timely month-end closing and accurate reporting for the group. This include monthly reporting packs, reconciliations and audit schedules. You will be responsible for the year-end audit as well as assist in preparing statutory financial reports. You are required to analyse an overview of the results and interpret the financials. In addition, you’re expected to be hands-on in managing improvement of systems and processes.
Requirements
Degree qualified or in the process of pursuing ACCA
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience in handling full set of accounts or GL function
Positive attitude and adaptable to challenges
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent with a “can-do” attitude
