Our client is a well-established organisation in the engineering industry.
The Procurement Shared Service Centre Manager is responsible for managing the Shared Service Centre, which includes transactional purchasing of goods and services, master data management and various analytical and program management activities, metrics and reporting. In addition, this Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of purchasing policies, service level agreements and performance metrics that will drive cost effective, quality customer service and continuous improvement.
Ideally, the candidate should come with Bachelor Degree, with minimum 10 to 15 years of experience, and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a procurement shared service centre, including people / project team management. He / she should have solid purchasing fundamentals, proven team management experience, and knowledge of large scale ERP system, preferably SAP.
