【業務内容 / Job Description】
・店舗での団体旅行販売に関わる電話対応、メール対応、コンサルテーション(主に日本行き)
お客様の9割はシンガポール人で1割は日本人のお客様です
・申込み手続き、情報管理、日本への問い合わせや取次、予約と予約確認、社内システムによる会計処理
・日本旅行における観光ビザのサポート
・日本の各地グループ会社や代理店との連携
・その他、繁忙期は個人向け旅行デスクのヘルプなど

About our client:
Our client is a part of Japan's largest travel network, they handle all aspects of the travel business. Today they have grown to become Asia’s No. 1 travel agent.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily Group Operations and administrative duties. Assist in travel fair/road show and counter staff query with regards to WOW Group Tour. Prepare Japan visa application document to counter staff when necessary. Manage WOW Group Booking Chart for different tours Input new booking or cancellation of booking, change of passport details, meal & other requests). Guide assignment for new tours. Liaise with land operator in Japan and organize tour briefing once tour is guaranteed and prepare necessary documents or same. Help counter staff for FIT ticket issuance if necessary. Also include other admin duties like Issue EO, expense claim, prepare Group Booking Chart, tour closing, answer phone enquiry, etc. Standby at retail shop during weekend (Sat or Sun) once a month.
Qualification:
Mus have at least 2-3 years of experienced in Travel and airline customer service industry. Prior working experience in Hospitality and Travel industry in Japan would be advantage. Should have good knowledge and understanding in MS Office. Communication skills in Japanese is preferred in order to translate work document and to communicate with head office in Japan. Someone who is well versed with Sabre GDS for Group ticket issuance (SQ, JAL, ANA, CX etc)
