This is an excellent setting for any Senior Associate looking to forge their career across Asia as you will be working closely with a team of experienced Attorneys from its Head office on cross border transactions, M&A and general corporate matters. You will be dealing with global companies with existing businesses in Asia and looking to expand their businesses rapidly within these few years. Ideal candidate must be polished in communication skills and capable of running major cross border transactions with little supervision.
