Procurement Specialist - Indirect (Regional)

Our client is in consumer industry, they are looking to engage an experience Indirect Procurement professional with prior exposure in local or regional exposure and also strong in marketing category. 
You will be responsible for the end to end procurement ( sourcing, contract negotiations, suppliers’ management, contract management) within the SEA region. You will be supported by the In country procurement partners. You are also accountable on in ensuring all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedure.
To be successful in this position, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or other related discipline. Additional professional certifications, membership (CPM, CIPS) are highly regarded. You need to have had at least 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement. You possess a proactive and strategic mindset and be able to work in a fast paced environment, project management and communication, relationship management and problem solving skills. Experience in a multifunctional team and global environment is highly desired. It is vital that you come with strong negotiation skills, procurement mindset with sound knowledge in vendor management/contracts.
