Regional HR Manager
Our client, a Japanese Industrial MNC is currently looking for a Regional HR Manager who will contribute to their business through the provision of HR consulting services to the business units for SEA region covered.
The successful candidate will have extensive generalist experience at senior organizational levels partnering SEA business heads and local HR team. You will lead the overall HR strategy and execution, serving as HR business partner, change facilitator, and trusted advisor to the business. You will be expected to work independently in a highly matrix environment, look into areas of improvement and propose solutions. Key focus areas include employee engagement, talent management, change management and harmonization of regional initiatives.
You must have a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field and has undertaken a similar role previously. You should have at least 10+ years of HR generalist experience, with 4+ years in a leadership function. You will have a positive and adaptable approach to your work and a demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships and consult at a senior business level. Ability to initiate and drive solutions is essential along with a strategic perspective whilst maintaining a hands-on approach. Experience working in highly matrix environment is mandatory. Candidates with experience working in industrial sectors and previously in Japanese companies will have a definite advantage.
