Our client an MNC in financial services industry located in the central location of Singapore are looking to hire a Support Analyst - Corporate Travel Solutions (12 months - renewable/permanent)
You will act as a key contact for Travel Management Companies, Helpdesk, Data Support and Consolidator anything MI related, including reporting tool product support, set up, maintenance, issue resolution and consultation.
You need to proactive monitoring of the daily client base match. Identify TMC file delivery failure & follow up on the transmission of missing file. Communicate to Issuers on the decrease in match rates for clients in the portfolio. Work with the Helpdesk team and TMC to rectify exceptions to improve match rates. Provide consultation to effective recommendations to TMCs to improve data quality. Shorten turnaround time for ticket resolution. Increase the average match rate and improve on the identification of issues.
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to have an extensive understanding of TMC data process flows into the front/mid/back office tools and how other products and services impact the tools and data (data corrections, refund/void processes etc).
At least a professional education (Diploma/ Degree, preferably 1-3 years in the travel industry. Good knowledge 1 GDS is will be an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge and confident in Client facing Travel Technology and solid experience on the above.
