Our client is an evolving and fast paced global US MNC. It is currently looking for a high-caliber finance candidate to join its FP&A team as a Financial Analyst. Reporting to the FP&A Manager for APAC, the successful incumbent will be responsible for analysis of financial performance and play an instrumental role in business partnering with the operations team for Pacific region.
The successful incumbent will be a key business partner to the operations lead for Pacific region and will be involved in critical business finance activities, including (but not limited to) analysis of business results, actual and forecast reporting as well as interaction with the controller-ship function. You will be a key point of contact to drive finance activities for Supply Chain and actively analyse cost drivers and all relevant expenses for the designated countries. In addition, you will assist in consolidating APAC results for the FP&A Manager and be involved in forecast and budgeting exercises.
Key requirements:
- A recognized Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Approximately 4 - 5 years of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience
- Experienced in engaging business heads or business partners
- Good communication and analytical skills required
- A pro-active problem solve who is mature, adaptable and able to work independently
- Experienced and comfortable working in an environment that involved gathering and consolidating financial data from multiple source systems
- Strong skills in Excel and BAR certification from ISCA will be advantageous
