Job Description
As the General Manager, you will be a key member of the pioneering Management Team. Holding full P&L and Operational responsibilities, you first priorities will be in project managing the opening of the restaurant (targeted mid-2017), taking charge of all planning, costing, budgeting and coordination activities. You will hire a high performance team, put in place best practices and establishing systems. You will develop a service culture, centered on creating winning customer experiences across diverse customer demographics, including VIPs.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you are currently a General Manager of a high end dining establishment in Singapore. You possess strong foundations in operations, with a proven track record in running a highly efficient and effective restaurant. You excel at developing winning customer experiences, with best-in-class customer service, across international diners and VIP clients. Experience in setting up a restaurant from scratch will be highly advantageous.
