Our Client is a multi-national company which is regional leisure , hospitality and integrated resorts development specialist listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities trading Limited.
The principal activities of the company’s subsidiaries include developing and operating large scale integrated resorts, investments, provision of information technology application related services as well as marketing support services to leisure and hospitality related businesses and investments.
Now they are looking for an energetic individual to join them as Corporate planning Senior Manager or Manger to develop new business in China
The responsibility is to participate as a member of the Corporate Planning team and support the team through corporate transaction deals including sourcing and target screening , assessment, research, valuation, deal structuring , negotiation and execution.
To Build valuation / financial models and prepare internal and external presentations.
To conduct transaction - related due diligence
The candidate is required Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics or related area of study and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Job requirements:
Highly numerate with good problem - solving, analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with demanding deadlines in a team environment
Able to work long hours at times and travel where necessary
