Trade Marketing Manager

Well known Consumer MNC with extensive footprint in Asia and internationally, our client has an immediate need for an energetic and dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to play an integral role in their Singapore marketing team.
Reporting to Marketing Manager, you will plan, manage and implement all operational trade marketing activities, promotion events and product selling. You will develop, manage category strategies across channels and customers, and implement in-store consumer and below-the-line marketing activities. You will put in place, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with that of the sales team, and ensure alignment on field sales and marketing functions. You will execute appropriate activities aimed at customer satisfaction in various market segments as well as provide structured analysis and feedback about market needs, and new product, solutions and marketing tools.
Degree qualified in Marketing or similar, you have minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry. Experience in modern and general trade channels including store operations is required. You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, are highly hands-on, able to work independently in a fast-paced and lean environment. You are a team player who is willing to work in a collaborative style and value-add to ensure delivery and quality of the marketing team.
