Our Client is a leading MNC in consumer packaging industry and they are seeking a General Manager – Supply Chain Operations Excellence to accelerate their growth and expansion plans in the region. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
Being part of the management team, you will lead team and motivate them to be responsible for the Regional operations excellence, Network Optimization, S&OP, and Procurement with the objective to maximize Company’s revenue and ensure customer satisfaction in Indonesia. 
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Logistics and Supply chain/ Business/ MBA or related disciplines with 15 years of professional experience in the Manufacturing or logistics service provider; a proven track records of success in the areas of operations excellence on the regional/ global capacity. You should possess strong business acumen, be self-motivated, action orientated and has a global mindset. You must be skilled in project management and able to work in a fast paced environment; you should be equipped with effective communication and interpersonal skill, be proactive, ambitious and passionate about sales.
