Our client is a well-known brand in providing solutions in the heavy machinery & equipment industry. Being a leader in the market, they are currently servicing many of the worlds’ major companies, and have received many industry accolades. They are now inviting a Sales Director to join its national team as part of their expansion plan.
As part of the senior management team, you will provide team leadership to drive commercial revenues through business development, key account management, tender & contract management through promoting of company heavy machinery & equipment solutions. You will coach team member, work closely with them on developing sales and marketing across each product vertical. You will work closely with Segment and Pre-sales team to work with Developers, Consultants, Contractors for projects sales and deliverable. You will report bi-weekly updates to management for pipelines, project and competitors information. You will also ensure meeting and exceeding the business budget yearly.
Ideally you should have a Degree in Engineering or Business with at least 8 years of working experience in a similar role within the heavy machinery & equipment, wet leasing industry. You should have the personality and belief to gain respect and help influence discussions with senior members of the business and a strong ability to present the commercial execution compellingly and convincingly at the highest levels of the organization. This will be a challenging yet exciting role which offers the chance to become part of a dynamic and ambitious team during a crucial phase of its success.
