A prominent international brand with diversified business lines, our client has extensive global presence and now seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their corporate office for Vietnam.
Reporting to Group Head of HR, you are responsible for the quality and performance of the overall HR function for corporate office, and also provide high level professional and operational HR advice to broader HR team in the country. You will support to Business Leaders, and carry accountability in ensuring delivery against key HR priorities to support business current and future objectives. You are accountable for all HR deliverables in areas of Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Organization Development and Employee & Industrial Relations, Work Place Safety, and Policies and Legislations. As a leader, you will lead, train and coach your team members.
You are degree qualified and have proven success in site HR operations and ideally have experienced working in a corporate HR function within MNC. You are well experienced in executing change management activities in a demanding environment, working in a matrix reporting structure. You are highly hands-on, have demonstrated capability in influencing and partnering with cross-cultural business leaders. With great interpersonal and communication skills, you are able to work with all levels of employees, and pragmatic with a strong passion in building a performance-driven culture. Strong commitment to quality, timeline, standards of service excellence, and values such as integrity, collaboration and respect are key success factors.
