Our client is a global MNC providing building materials solutions with strong regional establishment, as part of their expansion plan in South East Asia; they would like to invite an Experience Centre Manager - Building Materials to join its Singapore team.
In this role, you will be part of the start-up operation team and provide team leadership for the Centre operations and exhibition activities in Singapore. You will ensure Centre meeting profitability through clients servicing, product demonstration and introduction. You will support display management, market feedback and ensure Centre operation optimization. You will motive sales team to meet sales target, creatively execute marketing plan for events and exposure in the design community. You will manage budget, operation cost ensure meeting and exceeding business focus.
Ideally you should have a minimum Diploma or Degree with 3 - 5 years of centre management or operation experience, preferably within the building materials industry. You must have global mindset, action oriented, precise & reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment; Candidate with experience in a multifunctional team and global environment is highly desired. You should be equipped with effective communication and interpersonal skill, be proactive, ambitious and passionate about sales and operation.
