(Assistant) Head of Defence Marketing

Our client is a world leading engineering company with multiple establishment within the Engineering industry. As part of their expansion plan globally; they like to invite a dynamic (Assistant) Head of Defence Marketing to join its global team.


In this role, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and be accountable for development and execution of marketing strategy targeting at export business of the defence segment. You will develop clients in strategic market, execute key account plan ensuring strong foothold. You will manage and grow the accounts to define and position company’s defence solutions to client. You will be accountable for market analysis and report regularly to the team and management. You will also execute strategic marketing plan ensuring maximum outreach and support marketing efforts through events, strategic project pursue and incoming visits. You will also manage the defence business matter ensuring compliance to export regulation and also submission of annual reports for authorities clearance. 


Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Engineering or Business with at least 5 – 8 years or more direct experience in developing clients within defence solutions related industry. You must be self-motivated, have a global mindset, action oriented, precise & reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment; You should be equipped with effective communication and interpersonal skill, be proactive, ambitious and passionate about marketing and key account management platform. Candidate with strong business acumen will ideal for this role.
