A respectable and renowned company in services related industry, our client has an established presence internationally with strong foothold in China. It now seeks a dynamic and consummate HR Leader to play an integral part in their China growing business as Group Head of HR.
Reporting to APAC Head of HR, you will develop HR strategies and direction in line with regional and global HQ. You will implement HR strategies by establishing country and department accountabilities in areas of talent acquisition and management, succession planning, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations and labor law compliance. Partnering closely with the leadership team and division heads, you will drive change and ensure strategic alignment of HR directives across the business in China.
The successful candidate is degree qualified with postgraduate qualification and have minimum 10 years relevant experience in HR leadership capacity ideally in agency environment or services related industries. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and dealing with ambiguity in a highly matrix and demanding work environment is mandatory. Preference will be given to those with change management, merger & acquisition HR related experience coupled with exceptional project management skills. You are a leader with coaching and mentoring skill, are hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
