Our client is a highly successful international Packaging Company with global operation. As part of their expansion plan in Asia Pacific, they like to invite a successful client-facing and Regional Account Manager to join its team.
In this role, you will build strategic relationship with assigned key account client to position the company as a trusted and preferred business partner. You will develop, implement sales & marketing strategies and action plans; ensure that they are within the policy and guidelines for maintaining and growing of account. You will manage specific account related project and work with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and financial targets for account in own region. You will provide monthly reports to management on targets achievement and measurement of performance results.
To be successful in this position, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in sales & marketing or related field, with around 5 years or more direct experience in account management role. Candidate with prior experience in consumer/healthcare packaging will be highly desired. You will have global mindset, be action oriented, precise and reliable and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Experience in a multifunctional team and global environment is highly desired. It is vital that you have effective communication and interpersonal skills, are proactive and ambitious.
