A leading technology MNC with global footprint, our client has an immediate need for a consummate HR Manager to lead its people agenda in the dynamic and exciting market.
Reporting to Regional Head of HR, you will develop and implement HR strategies and programs in areas of recruitment, learning & development, talent management, compensation & benefits and employee engagement aligned to business objectives. As a key member of the local management team, you will participate in business strategy development to maximize organizational performance. You will lead HR projects, provide direction, develop and coach HR team to support the business.
The successful candidate is degree-qualified in HR or Business Administration with minimum 8 years HR management experience including 4 years in managerial capacity. You bring demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, dealing with ambiguity and working in demanding and fast-paced environment. Those with start-up, HR set up, pre and post-merger & acquisition HR experience coupled with strong project management skills are desired. You are a hands-on and mature leader with strong influencing and mentoring skill, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
