Compliance Audit Specialist

A globally renowned US healthcare MNC is currently looking for an experienced internal / forensic audit candidate to join its compliance audit team.
This successful incumbent will primarily be tasked to compliance audits for all operating divisions and sites and formulate recommendations for improvement in operating performance and controls. You will need to identify opportunities for improvements in sales & marketing practices against corporate and industry standards. You analyse data and document findings and recommendations in audit reports and will present audit findings to audit, business and corporate management.
Key requirements:
- Recognised Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent, preferably with professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA.
- Must have at least 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit in a commercial set up, coupled with forensic audit / compliance (FCPA) experience
- Some initial years spent in external or internal audit a major public accounting firm will be advantageous
- Strong ability to interpret and analyse financial information
- Strong communications and influencing skills
- Results oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently
- Strong project management experience.
