Our client, an international Viscose Fibre producer with global presence, they are currently seeking a Marketing Manager - AMEA as part of their expansion plan. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
In this newly created role, you will work with the regional business and management team to develop and execute the regional (AMEA) marketing strategy. You will drive regional and local initiative through trade marketing, promotion management, marketing communication, online, CRM and training etc with the objective to achieve marketing and business objectives. You will manage marketing budget, monitor on progress and potential of new concepts and products coming from business development etc You will drive and localize key marketing tools & assets on Certification, licenses, CRM, Swing tickets, hang tages, point of sales, point of sales materials. You will also manage events for textile & non-woven, support market analysis, insight and report regularly to management for updates. In addition, you will partner with potential brand and retails partners for all co-branding exercises. You will also initiate and check regional feasibility of new concepts/ fiber types.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Economic / Marketing with around 10 years experiences in marketing / branding functions. Candidates with strong understanding of textile / fashion related industry with strong focus in habit, consumer / customer and culture will be an added advantage. A strong B2B & B2C marketing background in fashion / textile and is family with the insight in digital marketing as well as conventional marketing execution will be high desirable. You should be an effective communicator with great people management skill. You should be hands-on result driven with strong leadership and good business acumens.
