Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Mechanical Equipment industry. They are seeking a Regional Sales Leader/Director to accelerate their growth and expansion plans. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization and possibly moving toward a larger regional platform.
Reporting directly to the management, you are responsible driving industry/segment strategy and execution; deliver the Regional Sales revenue; establish effective channels to facilitate growth; support collaborate with regional teams across APAC, demonstrate leadership through influence, provide formal and informal coaching, identify new product needs and opportunity, develop relationships with industry; regular communication with Global Sales leader/director.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in any field with 10-15 years of professional experience in related field. You should a proven track record of success in sales consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota. You must have strong work ethics, motivation and leadership skills. Candidates with ability to work in a fast paced environment and experience in Oil&Gas/ Chemical/Marine/Food & Beverage/Pharmaceutical/Waste Water Treatment industry is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill. You should be proactive, ambitious and passionate about sales and comfortable in making cold calls.
