Representing a global FMCG organization, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join them in their Singapore operation.
Reporting to HR Leader, you will partner closely with management team and department heads to ensure HR goals are aligned with the organizational plans and objectives. You will play a key advisory role in areas of talent acquisition, development and management, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and workforce planning.
The successful candidate is degree qualified with minimum 9 years’ experience as a HR generalist including minimum 5 years in HR business partnering. Preference will be given to those with experience in site HR management and demonstrated ability working with all levels of employees including blue collars and in a diverse culture environment. You are highly hands-on, possess a strategic mindset, have excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing skills to operate in a highly matrix and demanding environment.
