Accountant

Our client is a Japanese company which deals into the office furniture and automation supply. They are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. They are looking for an Accountant to handle the Singapore Market.
Responsible for full set of accounting, liaise with the outsourcing accounting service offices, monthly and yearly closing with all general ledger reconciliations, preparation of quarterly financial statement, monitor the cash flow etc. Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections, monthly reconciliation of inter-company accounts, maintains fixed asset ledger, handle GST return. Must ensure compliance, statutory financial controls including external/internal audit requirements. Any other duties as and when assigned.
At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in full set accounting in similar industry or any other industry is also fine. Hands on MYOB accounting experience is advantageous. Cheerful and positive mindset, meticulous, possess initiative and able to multi-task. A team player with good interpersonal skills with learning attitude is preferred.
