Legal & Compliance Counsel

Our Client, a promising Fintech setup based in Singapore seeks a Legal & Compliance Professional to join its young and dynamic team, as it makes its way establishing regional footprints. 


You will be taking lead in assessing regulatory risks worldwide for its business; overseeing the legal & compliance related work by providing comprehensive legal advice and support. You are also the key member in supporting the development and management of the Company’s regulatory submissions and filings, and reporting on regulatory requirements internally and in public filings where necessary regionally. You will also assist in the development of short and long-term strategies to manage regulatory challenges that incorporate a variety of perspectives and priorities across the Company. 


Ideally you should have the experience and understanding of regional financial regulatory environment and current laws relating to the financial services/financial technology industry.
