Our client is in the technology and telecommunications industry. A newly created role is available for an aspiring Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer to join its well-structured legal team.
Reporting into the General Counsel based in Singapore, you will team up with the Senior Legal Counsels to provide legal advice and support for investment projects, activities, operations and compliance and regulatory matters
of the organization. You will be actively involved in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and divestment transactions, including associated financing and security. This includes conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing agreements, structuring and negotiating transactions. You will also assist in corporate secretarial matters for its related companies, and working closely with its external counsels.
Ideally you should be a Singapore Bar qualified lawyer, with 4 – 6 yrs pqe in Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions transactions. You should possess an extremely operational, hands-on and tactical approach as well as the ability to think strategically when dealing with senior business leaders.
