Responsibilities: 
You will be responsible for developing, delivering and launching successful Life solutions especially old age products across the Asia Pacific markets. 
You have a strong technical background capable of holding a dialogue at all levels in this area of expertise.
You are customer centric and have a proven capability at bringing together virtual teams and driving successful product evolutions and innovation. 
This role demands not only a drive to deliver concrete business success, but a passion for developing solutions and to work in a collaborative way with our region, to bring, foster and share innovation. 
You must also be a source of expertise to market teams including client presentations and to be able to clearly articulate the company’s contributions and value in the product cycle and demonstrate successes. Hence, you must an Effective presenter with senior management audiences and with technical specialists. You will be required to talk at events or providing publications to ensure recognition of company’s expertise by our clients.


Experience: 
• 10+ years’ experience 
• Knowledge of the insurance needs especially Old Age products  
• Experience in product development and working with different departments and functions, such as distribution, underwriting, pricing, marketing, legal, etc. 
• Ability to capably discuss old age products, challenges and a passion for solutions. 
• Proven success at delivering new and innovative solutions in a financial services environment 
• Solid understanding of life and health insurance products, distribution, underwriting and claims 
• Very technical skills with a proven capability to deal with senior level technical leads in product design 
• Excellent communicator across a variety of means, can clearly articulate ideas at all levels of the organization.
