Job Description
Based initially in Shanghai, you will be hired within the organization’s International Talent Program – a 24 month fast track program aimed at grooming hight potential talent as the brand’s next generation of leaders. You will be expected to rotate through international markets, taking on new challenges and leadership opportunities, working alongside global, regional and local teams. At the end of the program, you can expect to assume a leadership role within the organization.
As part of the Sales vertical, your primary role will be in developing and executing sales strategy in your assigned market(s). Partnering the global team, you will be responsible for leading the development of an intergrated retai business model, growing brand awareness and infusing a global mindset into local markets. You will lead strategic market initiatives, taking an entrepreneurial and creative approach in capitalizing on opportunities and growing the business organically.
You will manage a team of highly accomplished sales professioanls, playing the road of a coach to bring out the best in your team. You will develop a result oriented, play-to-win culture to drive efficiency and optimize returns. You will take a hands on approach to the markets, working alongside your team, building the signature spirit of team work that the brand is recongized for.
The Successful Applicant
You are an experienced Sales or Commercial Director, within a leadership role, where you are a strategic advisor to the business and a people leader. Your experience is gained from the Sporting Goods or Retail industry, across international markets. Multi-market experience, strong cultural fluency and a truly global mindset will be critical for your success in this role. You are ambitious and driven, with a highly strategic mindset, an entrepreneurial flair and the ability to inspire and lead naturally.
