QA Manager

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company for the synthetic services of Sterilization, Transportation and the warehouse for the medical equipment to our customers. They are looking for a QA Manager to handle their Singapore production plant and assure Quality at place.
Responsible to develop and coordinate with the QA team and take initiatives to look after the Singapore region. Responsible for team & hands on and process improvement. Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with team members. Developed, document and maintain detailed test cases, user scenarios and test artifacts, ensuring on-time against competing deadlines. Oversee and administer day-to-day development-focused quality assurance operations, Ensure high standards are maintained throughout. Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality assurance department by evaluating current QA processes and developing new test strategies that meet the demands of clients.
Having 5+ years of experience in QA/QC in similar industry or medical devices or pharma industry is preferred. Although QA experience of any other industry will also do. Having knowledge of ISO13485, ISO11135 is advantageous. Someone holding Hazardous Substances License is an added advantage. Should have team handling experience. Enthusiastic, having good interpersonal skills with team and leadership skills with flexibility in work and attitude is a best match.
