Sales Manager, Singapore - Building Materials

Our client is a global MNC providing the building materials solutions with strong establishment, as part of their expansion plan in South East Asia; they like to invite a dynamic Sales Manager, Singapore to join its Singapore team.
In this role, you will provide leadership to the team and lead them to develop and execute project sales strategies to promote and support company product within assigned markets. You will ensure market penetration, manage stakeholder relationships with contractors, builders, developers, designers, specifiers and the lodging industry. You will ensure full support to distributors, work within project guidelines & company pricing programs for achieving additional project orders. In additional, you will also support the direct sales platform at country levels. You will report regularly to the management on pipelines and competitors information.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Business or relevant with 5 years of project sales and leadership experience within the building materials industry. You must have global mindset, action oriented, precise & reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment; Candidate with experience in a multi-functional team and global environment is highly desired. You should be equipped with effective communication and interpersonal skill, be proactive, ambitious and passionate about sales.
