Our Client is a global MNC in the Automotive & Solutions related industry and they are seeking a Marketing Director, APAC to accelerate their growth and expansion plans in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
As part of senior management team, you will lead teams to support regional business through strategic marketing initiatives with the objective to achieve business ROI. You will execute product marketing, channel marketing, marketing communication & operations. Leveraging on analytical data, you will develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing and promotions. You will also drive communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth. You will ensure policies compliance, global branding alignment, product strategy optimization and report frequently to headquarter for updates.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Business or relevant with 15 – 18 years of dynamic market management leadership experience. You must have strong records of motivating a global team within the manufacturing / automotive specialization. You must have strong business acumen with proven market goals achievements. You should be concise and strategic in your execution, effective in relationship management to influence key stakeholders and quick to establish collaboration and through result driven business plans.
