Our Client is a private equity firm specializing in investments. They are seeking for an Executive Assistant to support senior managerial position.
Reporting and supporting 2 MD, you will manage the day-today secretarial and administrative support. You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of secretarial duties, including but not limited to secretarial support, managing and organizing heavy meeting schedules and preparations, travel arrangement, visitor management, documentation management, claims processing etc.
Ideally you should have a minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with 3 years of secretarial experiences supporting senior managerial position. Candidates with ability to multi-task, detailed oriented, able to work under pressure, meticulous and independent is highly desired. You should possess effective communication skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is desirable.
