Our client is one of the prominent players in the Oil & Gas industry in the region.
You must demonstrate strong capability shape the company’s strategy and vision with the perseverance to follow through on successful implementation. To be successful in this role, you must be ready to be accountable for company P/L, grow business with new initiatives, services or product to stay relevant in current challenging environment. This role also expects you to manage on-going operations, drive efficiencies and quality. Report directly to the Management, you will ensure company operates within internal governance frameworks and according to external statutory regulations. You should be motivate, manage and develop a professional team across all business functions including Sales, Finance, HR, Safety, Operations and Customer Service.
Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas experience handling integrated logistics solutions, providing marine services within supply base management and proven exposure to logistics within the Oil & Gas, Energy market. You should possess at least 7 years of leadership experience managing team in a multicultural environment. Proven experience in leading a diverse group of functions including Commercial, Operations, Financial, HR & Administration.
