Our client is a highly successful Building Automation Company with global operation. As part of their expansion plan in Asia Pacific, they like to invite a successful Commercial Service Excellence leader– Regional (Asia) to join its team.
In this role, you will be involved in the regional business transformation ( ie: commercial, services, delivery and etc) in a complex business environment. You will be working closely across all the Business Unit Leader in the region on this exercise in ensuring a uniform business tools/ processes, cost efficiency and creating value added services to existing/ potential customers.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Engineering, Operation Management or equivalent with at least 8-10 years of professional experience in the business transformation; You must have proven experience in project/ program management, leading and influencing individuals through changes. You should possess strong change management concept to achieve breakthrough business results in digital edge platform. Candidates come with digital solution background/consulting are highly regarded.
