Manufacturing environment
Our client is in the manufacturing and engineering industry. They are looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR team.
Reporting to the VP–HR, the successful candidate will be providing HR strategic advisory services as well as a range of operational HR services and solutions to support the business. Together with the HR team, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing HR policies and programs covering talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations with compliance to all applicable laws. You will review strengths and opportunities for improvement of staff to identify specific skills required for their capacity, as well as to identify hi-potential for the company’s talent management and succession planning initiatives.
As the successful applicant you would have undertaken a similar role previously and be familiar with a manufacturing industry environment. You will be a senior and experienced HR professional, with a degree in HRM or relevant discipline, ideally with 10+ years of HR generalist experience. Besides having an excellent track record in building and maintaining relationships at all levels, experience working in a matrix and manufacturing environment is mandatory.
