Contract Accountant

Contract Accountant x 3 (AP, AR, SAP Reconciliation)
• 1-2 years contract + 2 months completion bonuses + full employee benefits

• Raffles Place, 5 day work week, need to work Over Time (OT)


Our client, due to expansion and system migration (to SAP) they are looking for 4 Accountants with different responsibilities (AP, AR, SAP).
AP Accountant
You will be supporting in the supervision of AP section covering commission/ incentives, return premiums, reinsurance and expenses. Assist in checking the computation of profit commission in accordance to agreements signed & compilation of annual income statement for agents


AR Accountant
You will be assist in overseeing the daily operations of the receipts section, including implantation of  
Internal controls. Ensure performance and completion of month-end reconciliation between sub ledger and GL in a timely manner. Ensure timely completion of reports for management and statutory reporting


SAP Reconciliation Accountant
Lead the SAP reconciliation team. Oversee the SAP reconciliations and preform preliminary checks on variances before logging as defect. Follow up with Project Management Office to rectify the defects and assess the impact & implications on the solutions & fixes propose by SAP consultants for the defect logs 


You are required to have Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent. Good spoken and written skills and able to appreciate financial and internal controls. Conversant with MS Office & Excel. Able to work with tight deadline and work as a team. Candidates from huge invoices transaction will be highly in advantage.
