Our client is a well-established MNC in the electronics manufacturing space. 



The Engineering Director is instrumental in providing leadership and strategy to direct all aspects of engineering activities in the site. He / she will provide technical leadership in matters related to product testing and development, component / technology evaluation, assembly process efficiency, yield improvement, productivity improvement programs and cost saving programs.
                                                                                                                        
Ideally, the candidate should come with Degree in Engineering, with at least 10 years of related work experience. He / she should possess good knowledge in manufacturing assembly process and LEAN manufacturing. Candidates coming with experience in Medical Devices manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
